Do I have to register with you prior to making purchase?
You do not have to pre-register with us before you are allowed to browse and select item into your shopping cart. You will be asked to register when you are ready to check out. You are asked to provide us with your contact details for both billing and delivery address, email address and your contact number. Your email address is your Login User Name.
How can I register with your web site?
Registration is simple. If you have not put any item into your shopping cart, do
- Click on Login (under the Navigation column on the left of your screen).
- Select New customer, Click here to register.
- Enter your Email Address, click Continue
- Fill in required fields including your invoice name and address, and preferred delivery address, contact telephone number
- Choose a Password and reconfirm your password
- Click Create Account Now
DONE
If you already have items in your shopping cart and are ready to Checkout, do
- Select Checkout ? on the bottom left hand side of your View Shopping Cart page
- Select Register
- Enter your Email Address, click Continue
- Fill in require fields including your invoice name and address, and preferred delivery address, contact telephone number
- Choose a Password and reconfirm your password
- Click Create Account Now
- Continue your checkout procedure

How Can I change my personal details?
You can change your personal details if you already registered with our web site.
- Login with your email address
- Enter Your Password
- Select Edit Profile (only available when you have login the site successfully)
- Edit Account Details page will be opened with your existing registration details. Edit any field you need to change
- Save Changes
What best describes you?
When you register, we would like to ask you which type of registrations is best to describe yourself and to determine possible entitlement to our discount scheme. Please read our Discount Scheme.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you forgot your password, go to Login, then click reset password
Enter your email address into Reset Password section
Click Reset Password Now
Our website will reset the password on your account and then send you a temperory password to your email. You will need to check your email account to get your new password, which you will then be able to use to log in.
Can I deliver to a different address?
Yes, you can. You can store a different delivery address and invoice address stored into your account details. When you check out, the site will ask you to confirm which address you want your order delivery to. If you want to deliver to a new address not installed in our system, you can use the Edit Address function, and enter a new address.
To prevent credit card fraud, Harmony Medical reserve the right to refuse or seek confirmation from credit card holder, for goods to be delivered to a different address then to the credit card holder?s registered address.
Can I pay by cheque? (online order - off line payment)
Yes, you can. If you do not wish to use your credit / debit card on line. When you progress to Checkout 2 of 4 ? Payment Details, you will presented with three options:
- Secure Online Payment (Using a Credit or Debit Card)
- Secure Online Payment (Using PayPal)
Offline Payment (Provide payment information by Post or Phone)
Select the Offline Payment Option
Click Continue >>> to validate your Delivery Address and your order
Click Confirm Order >>>
Success ? a copy of your order will be posted to your email address. As you have selected to submit your order online, and then make a payment using an offline method, you must arrange your payment immediate via:
- Telephone our offices, quoting the Order Reference, and give your credit card details to our operator; or
- Fax a copy of your order to 020 85565036 with details of your credit card:
- Card type (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card, Delta)
- Card Holder's Name
- Card Number
- Valid From Date
- Expire Date
- Issue Number (if using Switch)
- Security Code (last 3 digits on the reverse of your credit card)
Please note: your Invoice Address must be the same as your Card Statement Address
- Print a copy of your order, and Post a cheque or banker?s draft, drawn in a UK bank and in Sterling pound, made payable to Harmony Medical, for the total amount payable.
Please note that goods are not dispatched until payment is received and cleared from the bank. If you require your order promptly and you cannot contact us soon to arrange payment, then we suggest you re-consider using an online credit or debit card payment instead.
Can I pay by PAYPAL?
Yes, you can. When you progress to Checkout 2 of 4 ? Payment Details, you will presented with three options:
Secure Online Payment (Using PayPal)
Select the Using PayPal option
Click Continue >>> to validate your Delivery Address and your order
Click Confirm Order >>>
Click Confirm Order >>>
Please note If you using e-cheque option via PayPal, you have to wait for 5-7 days until your cheque payment is cleared by PayPal before we can process your order!!
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can. BUT your instructions must reach our office before we process your order. In most situations, we will process your order within 30 minutes after your order placed on our website. To ensure we can deal with your request before we process your order, please call our office for immediate response. You can call us FREE (UK) 0800 082 8123.

What is your After Sales Service?
If a fault develops within warranty period that is not caused through mishap or misuse, contact our office, once the fault is confirmed we will replace or repair the faulty item.
Can I purchase medical devices from overseas?
Overseas Customers are advised to check with their own local Government / Customs / Imports department for any importation restrictions, import tax and duty, prior to making a purchase. Harmony Medical is not responsible for any customs and legislative issues related to your purchases. Harmony Medical reserves the right to refuse to accept goods returning or refund to order due to importation non-compliance by purchaser.
If you are a VAT-registered business within the EC, how can I make my purchase exempt from UK VAT?
You have to provide us with your valid VAT registration number. Once your registration is validated, your account will be re-setted to enable you to make purchases with no UK VAT added. To submit your EC VAT registration number click EC VAT.
Notice: It is important that in order to qualify for VAT-exemption your order must have an delivery address inside the European communities but outside United Kingdom. Also, the billing address must be the same as your VAT registration address.
Alternatively, you may submit your VAT registration number via email or by phone (+44) 2085187337. We will re-set your account as soon as it is validated.
Can I repeat my previous order(s)?
Yes, you can. Simply click Order History on your account section. The page Order History will open and show all of your previous orders at www.harmonymedical.co.uk.
You can use this history page to find and easily re-order products you use often. We show the number you ordered last time in the Quantity box, simply adjust this number as required and click to complete the check out / payment section.
When will your order be processed and despatched?
If your order is placed during our working day, and before 15:00 UK time, your online order will be processed same day. Delivery is depended on the status of our stocks level and your chosen delivery method and destination.
In stock item- all stocks items will be billed, charged and despatched according to your preferred delivery method when payment is available.
Out of stocks - Items marked 'out of stocks' will automatically put into backorder. Out of stocks items are not billed for and are not charged to your credit card. =
Non Stock item -Item marked 'subject to delivery schedule' is non stock item which is subjected to manufacturer's stocks and delivery schedule. Normally non-stock item will take 7 to 14 days for delivery. Again you will not be charged until the item is despatched.
How can I submit a voucher code?
Voucher codes are subjected to validity on time period, minimum spending, product(s) in shopping cart and number of uses per customer. Please log into your account, add products to your cart, on your shopping cart page, locate the section "Enter your Coupon / Voucher coder here:" and enter your Voucher code and APPLY. You can also enter your voucher code at checkout page. You code will then be validated. Once accepted, the voucher offer conditions will automatically applied to your cart. If Free Postage is offered, please select Free Shipping option on Shipping Method.
