A traditional Korean style handle with 10 needles per sleeve, with 1,000 needles per box. Box contains 20 individually wrapped and sterilised bamboo guide tubes. Every box that is purchased we will donate 20p to the Chinese Medicine Forestry Trust to help offset its Carbon footprint of distributing these products.
