Spring needle with adjustable length.
By screwing the length adjuster the sleeve can be moved up or down thus exposing more or less of the needle length. With needle slightly exposed the simulation is weaker, with more length exposed it is stronger. With slight needle exposure it is possible to give quick, successive stimulation all along the skin or meridian. The opposite end has a ball shaped stimulator for rubbing the skin.
