This text covers visual inspection diagnosis in Chinese Medicine by describing two hundred and twenty two distinct observations and illustrating each with a color photograph and descriptions of the patient presentation, the primary disease diagnosis, and example case types.
The observations are presented in six sections: Inspection of Vitality and Color, Inspection of Form and Bearing, Inspection of the Tongue, Inspection of the Sense Organs and Orifices of the Head and Face, Inspection of the Body and Limbs, and Inspection of the Skin.
