TDP CQ-55A Special Electromagnetic Therapeutic Apparatus

This device emits range of thermo magnetic waves through a special 'black body' emission plate. The thermo magnet waves penetrate deeper into a body than normal infrared devices. It is known as the 'Magic Lamp' in China and is widely used in Hospitals and Clinics in conjunction with acupuncture treatment, or applied separately, to alleviate pains, reducing inflammations, promote blood circulation and metabolism. It can be used to substitute moxibustion therapy with additional benefits such as eliminating odour and associated smoke, caused by moxa burning.

The device is easy to use. Simply move the emission lamp's head closes to area of treatment. Placing the lamp 30 to 40 cm away from the skin, it is most effective and it covers an area approximately 20-25 ci. In diameter. Apply the device for 20 to 40 minutes for each treatment session.

A 60 minutes control timer is built-in. The radiation plate has a constant emission life of about 1000 hours, after that its effectiveness will start to decrease, and decrease sharply after 1500 hours. The plate is supplied as parts separately for renewing.

In addition, CQ55A's have three heads, each radiating head works with a selected electromagnetic spectrum structure and includes two modes of operation.

Modes I (Working State I) emits standard electromagnetic spectrum as other TDP models

Modes II (Working State II) emits extended electromagnetic spectrum only applicable to CQ55A model.

Please note: All lamps are fitted and supplied with a UK BS standard 3 pin wall plug. You will need to purchase an adaptor for overseas use.

The black emissions plate of the TDP lamp requires 10-15 minutes to be warmed up sufficiently by the heating element. We suggest you have the lamp heated prior to usage.
