Returns Policy

If you have to return goods your must contact us within seven days of delivery and obtained an authorization code from us. Return Goods must be in resalable condition. P&P charge is not refundable. Buyer must arrange and paid for goods to return.

Returns due to Damaged merchandise

Please report immediately to our office for any damage to goods of your order. Damaged item will be replaced if it is reported to our office within seven days of delivery. Customer must obtain authorisation from our office prior to retruning the damaged merchandise items. The return cost of posting will be credited into your account or refunded when conditions are met.
