Quality Management Systems

In January 2005, Harmony Medical has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirement of ISO 13485: 2003 for Manufacture and Distribution of Acupuncture Medical Devices by the Notified Body SGS UK Ltd.

ISO 13485 is equivalent to ISO 9001 but is the specific standard for medical devices. The accreditation not only allows Harmony Medical to design and manufacture acupuncture-related medical devices, the accredited Quality Management System will affirm the Company high standard of management in Distribution and Servicing activities, where reliability and competence link with the highest level of service to satisfy all our customer's requirements.

The Company is implementing the ISO13485:2003 the quality management system standards for the activities of Manufacture and Distribution of acupuncture and related products, and the quality management system is assessed and certified under the supervision of Notify Body 0120.
