If you have to return goods you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery and obtained an authorization code from us. Returned goods must be in resalable condition. Buyer must arrange for goods to be returned.
Returns due to Damaged merchandise
Please report immediately to our office for any damage to goods of your order. Damaged item will be replaced if it is reported to our office within seven days of delivery. Customer must obtain authorisation from our office prior to retrun the damaged merchandise items. The return cost of posting will be credited into your account or refunded when conditions are met.
